Affiliate Program Terms

Approved WMB Trading affiliates may receive a unique referral code and earn the commission shown in their affiliate account. The standard commission is up to 25%. If an affiliate elects to give customers a discount through its partner code, its commission is reduced by the same percentage; it will never exceed 25%.

Affiliates may use approved WMB press-kit materials but may not promise profits, fabricate results, misrepresent WMB products, impersonate WMB Trading, use deceptive marketing, or violate applicable law. WMB may suspend, change, or terminate affiliate access and referral codes at its discretion.

Commissions are subject to WMB review. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, violations of these terms, or invalid transactions may be withheld or reversed. Payouts are not automatic: WMB reviews them, may request tax and payout information, and records a payout as paid only after it is sent.
