Digital Purchase & Refund Policy

"Because WMB Trading products provide digital or immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered or activated. Refunds are not provided for user error, including purchasing the wrong product or duration, failing to use the product, changing your mind, misunderstanding the product after purchase, or failing to follow setup/use instructions. If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or did not receive the access you purchased due to a WMB Trading or payment-processing issue, you may report a purchase issue for review. Reporting an issue does not guarantee a refund. Approved refunds are issued only after WMB Trading reviews the order, payment, and access-delivery records."
